Documentation Account Profile

Profile

Your profile contains everything related to your account login: email, password, and Telegram link. This is also a good place to tidy up if you registered with "one click" and currently have only one login method.

Where to find: Account → Profile

Email

Emails informing you of your site's readiness, administrator information, payment reminders, and password recovery links are sent to your email address—all of this won't happen without a verified email address.

  • If the email address is specified during registration , it is confirmed and assigned to the account; it cannot be changed.
  • If you logged in via Telegram and your email address isn't set, enter your email address and click "Send Confirmation." You'll receive an email with a link. Clicking it will link your email address to your account, allowing you to log in and recover your password.
  • The email didn't arrive - check your Spam folder and send the confirmation again.

Password

  • Change password : enter the current and new ones (at least 6 characters).
  • If you don't have a password (you've only logged in through Telegram or an external service), set one to enable a second login method. First, you'll need to enter and confirm your email address: password-based login is performed using your email address.

Telegram

Linking Telegram allows you to log into your account without a password or email—with just one confirmation in the messenger.

  • Link – click the Login via Telegram button and confirm. This link is also required to create a Telegram bot for your website.
  • Unlink — if you no longer need Telegram as a login method. Unlinking won't work if it's your only access to your account: first, enter your email address and set a password.
If the Telegram button doesn't appear, ad blockers and strict browser security modes are the most common culprits—they block requests to telegram.org. Disable them, refresh the page, or open the panel in a different browser.

Multiple accounts on one Telegram

You can link multiple Telegram accounts to a single Telegram account—for example, a personal and work account. A "Linked Accounts" section appears in your profile, with a list and a "Switch" button. You can switch accounts without logging in again. When you log in via Telegram, the platform will ask you which account to sign in to.

Interface language

The RU/EN switch is in the upper left corner of the panel. This selection is saved in your account and applies to future logins. The interface language doesn't affect the website language: the website can be in any language—just let the assistant know.

Account security

  • Keep two login methods set up: email with a password and Telegram. If one becomes unavailable, the other will remain.
  • Do not use your email password as your platform password.
  • Separately from your platform account, change your site administrator password - see Site Admin Panel .
  • Please provide project invitation links personally and revoke them when the work is complete—see Rights and Access .
  • If you received a notification about an action you didn't perform, please contact support .
