Creating the first website
On this page
Step 1: Describe your future website
Write in free text what the website is for and what you do. There's no need to formulate a technical specification—basic words will suffice:
- "I want a website for my coffee shop in the city center."
- "We need an online store for homemade baked goods with a shopping cart and ordering system."
- "Manicurist Business Card Website: Services, Prices, Appointments"
- Hotel website: rooms, gallery, booking form
The assistant will ask a few clarifying questions: what sections are needed, what design style is needed, and whether an application form or catalog is required. Answer as freely as possible. Once the picture is complete, the assistant will confirm that they'll begin work.
Step 2: Wait for the build to complete
The build process is automatic, taking a few minutes on average. You can see what the assistant is currently working on in the chat:
| What do you see? | What's happening |
|---|---|
| I am creating the technical specifications | The assistant has compiled a website description from your dialogue and is creating a project. |
| I am designing a database structure | Tables are being prepared: products, requests, users and everything your site needs. |
| I create modules | The sections of the website and the sections of the admin panel are defined. |
| Creating: …, Updating: … | The pages, styles and logic of the site are written. |
| Creating an image: … | Images are generated that you don't have at hand. |
You can close the panel—your work will continue on the server. When you return, you'll see the results and all the conversations.
Step 3: Get a website
Once the build is complete, you will receive an email saying “Your new site is ready!” , which includes:
- website address - of the form
имя-сайта.roxybo.com; - admin panel address is the same address with
/admin/at the end; - login and password of the site administrator.
admin123 ). Be sure to change it when you first log in to the admin panel, otherwise someone else could gain access to your site. Learn more: Site Admin Panel .Step 4. Customize it
The panel now switches to working mode: the chat is on the left, and your website is on the right. Any edit can be made via chat, and the result appears in a preview.
- "Replace your main photo with this one" - and attach your file
- "Make the 'Order' button green and bigger."
- Add a customer testimonial section
- "Add a 'convenient time to call' field to the application form."
To learn how to use all the chat features, see the Work Panel section.
Website address
Until you connect your own domain, your website lives at the platform's technical address (for example, coffee-house-241.roxybo.com ). This address is valid: you can give it to clients, and it won't disappear when you connect your domain. A custom name like mycoffee.ru is connected separately—see Domain .
If you don't like the result
- Ask for revisions in the chat. This is the usual workflow: "make the design more streamlined," "remove this block," "rewrite the texts shorter." The assistant edits the existing website.
- Undo your last edit. If a specific change has corrupted the page, you can undo it with a single click—see the Work Panel .
- Restore a backup. If you need to restore the entire site to an earlier state, see Backups .
- Start a new project. If the idea has completely changed, it's easier to create a separate website—see Projects .
