Domain

Immediately after creation, the website is accessible via the platform's service address. A personalized name like mycoffee.ru looks more respectable, is easier to remember, and is permanent—you can register it right here in just a few steps.

System address

An address like имя-сайта.roxybo.com is automatically generated and marked as "System" in the list. It's fully functional: you can share a link with clients, run ads, and accept requests. When you connect your own domain, the system address doesn't disappear—the site simply becomes accessible via both.

Selection and verification of a name

  1. Enter your desired name in the search field—for example, myshop . The platform will check it in several zones at once: .ru , .рф , .com , .net , .org , .io .
  2. Or enter the entire domain ( myshop.ru ) if you are interested in a specific zone.
  3. View the results. For each option, you can see whether it's available and how much it costs to register for a year.
How to choose a name: Choose a name that's short, easy to pronounce, and without hyphens or numbers, if possible.

Domain registration

To register your chosen domain, you need three things:

  • Active paid plan. Registration is unavailable on free or expired plans— please top up your balance first.
  • There must be sufficient funds in your account. The annual fee is debited from your account immediately upon registration; if you don't have enough funds, the platform will tell you how much to add.
  • The owner's contact information. Domain registrars require it—it's a mandatory requirement, not a platform whim.

What information will they ask for?

Zone Data
.ru, .рф Full name, passport series and number, date of birth, registration address, telephone number.
International
(.com, .net, .org, .io and others)		 First and last name in Latin, address, city, region, postal code, country, telephone.

The information is entered once, saved in your account, and used for subsequent registrations. Please ensure you provide accurate information: the registrar may verify it and, if inconsistent, suspend the domain.

  1. Click "Register" for a free domain in the search results.
  2. Please fill out the contact form and confirm.
  3. Wait for the "Domain successfully registered" message. The fee will be deducted from your balance, and the domain will appear in your list of domains.
The domain is automatically connected. There's no need to register a domain or link it to your website separately: the platform handles everything automatically. It will be labeled "Assigned" in the list, and your project's address at the top of the panel will change to the new one. Sometimes the new domain doesn't open immediately—it takes time for internet providers to recognize it (usually from a few minutes to a few hours).

Extension

The domain is registered for one year. Keep an eye on the balance: if there is no money in your account, the domain will not be renewed and may become available. The registration date is shown in the list of your domains.

Frequently asked questions

I already have a domain purchased elsewhere

Connecting such a domain is done manually - write to the "Support" tab or contact the support service , indicating the domain name and the address of your site on the platform.

The domain is registered, but the website doesn't open.

Wait a few hours and check again—the data from your providers likely hasn't updated yet. If nothing has changed after 24 hours, contact support.

Is it possible to transfer a domain to another of my projects?

The domain is assigned to the project for which it was registered. Support will transfer it to another project upon your request.
