What does the payment consist of?
| For what | How is it written off? |
|---|---|
| Tariff plan Website hosting, disk space, monthly token supply | Once a month from the balance, automatically. |
| Tokens above the tariff assistant's work when the monthly supply is exhausted | From your balance, as you use it, at the price of your tariff. |
| Domains if you register a name through the platform | One-time payment from the balance upon registration, for a year. |
What are tokens?
A token is the assistant's internal unit of work. The larger the task, the more tokens it consumes: a short text edit requires fractions of a token, while creating a large section from scratch requires significantly more. The remaining tokens are always visible in the left-hand menu of the panel.
- Website creation is free. The platform handles the initial build; charges begin for your own tasks once the website is ready.
- Some tokens are included in the tariff and are renewed every month upon renewal.
- Overspending is written off from the balance at the price specified in the tariff.
- The Support chat does not spend tokens —feel free to ask questions about the platform.
- PRO mode uses tokens three times faster - see Assistant mode .
- Tokens of project participants are debited from the owner’s balance.
Account status
The top of the section shows:
- Your balance is the money in your account in the currency of your platform version.
- Tariff plan and the date by which it is paid.
- Disk space — how much of the plan's quota is used (files for all projects, uploaded images, and backups).
- Tokens (current month) - how much has been spent from the monthly supply.
- Token consumption chart by day: you can see which tasks turned out to be expensive.
- Recent transactions - history: date, event, deposits and debits.
How to top up your balance
- Enter the amount in the top-up field. The acceptable range is indicated next to it and depends on the platform version.
- Select a payment method. Depending on your platform version, you can use a bank card, cryptocurrency, or Telegram Stars.
- Pay on the payment service page.
- Return to the dashboard. A message will appear stating "Payment successful - balance replenished," and the amount will be reflected in your account balance.
Tariff plans
Plans are displayed as cards. Each one has a monthly price, disk space, and monthly token supply. Your current plan is marked "Current," while other plans have a "Go" button.
- Click "Change tariff" and select the appropriate plan.
- Confirm the transition —the platform will show you exactly what will change.
- Done – the new tariff and its limits are effective immediately.
Automatic renewal
The plan renews automatically: on the expiration date, the monthly fee is deducted from your balance, and your token supply is refreshed. You don't need to do anything—just make sure there's enough money in your account.
If there is not enough money:
- The platform sends reminder emails in advance as the debit date approaches.
- After the term ends, the plan is marked as "Expired," and the account's websites are disabled—visitors no longer see them.
- Files, database and settings are preserved.
- As soon as you top up your balance, your plan is immediately extended and the sites are enabled again.
How to save money
- Set tasks precisely. Vague formulations lead to unnecessary rework, and every rework costs tokens.
- Work in standard mode , and turn on PRO only for complex tasks.
- Conduct routine tasks in the admin panel. Add a product, change the price, respond to requests—it's all free and can be done manually faster.
- Combine small edits into one message instead of ten in a row.
- Ask questions about the platform in the "Support" tab —it doesn't consume tokens.
- Delete unnecessary backups and unused projects to avoid exceeding your storage quota and upgrading to a more expensive plan.
