Documentation Working with the site Site admin panel

Site admin panel

The website comes with its own control panel. You use it to manage content daily: add products and services, review requests, and edit texts and prices. There's no need to contact an assistant for this—and this work doesn't consume tokens.
Don't confuse the two panels. The platform panel (where you can find the assistant chat, pricing, and project settings) is your RoxyBo account. The website admin panel is part of the website itself; it's located at your website's URL, ending with /admin/ and manages its content.

How to log in

From the platform panel - no password required

In the left menu, click Admin Panel . The panel will open in a preview window, and you'll be logged in automatically. This is the fastest way; you don't need to enter a password.

Directly to the address - with login and password

Open https://адрес-вашего-сайта/admin/ in any browser. The administrator login and password will be sent to you in the "Your new site is ready!" email immediately after the site is created. This method is useful when you need to log in from a phone or grant access to an employee.

Be sure to change the administrator password. The site is created with the default password admin123 . Until it's changed, anyone with the address can log into your site's admin panel. Log in to the panel and change the password in the admin profile section. If there's no such section in the panel, ask your assistant in the "Development" chat: "Add an admin password changer to the admin panel."

What's inside

The panel's composition depends on the website you ordered—it's customized to your sections. Typically, these are:

  • Summary is the main page of the panel: how many requests, orders, and records there are.
  • Content sections - products, services, menus, numbers, articles, gallery: adding, editing, deleting, display order.
  • Applications and orders —everything visitors have submitted through forms on the website, with their processing status.
  • Users are the site administrators, and if the site has personal accounts, then they are also clients.
  • Website settings – contacts, details, texts that you can change yourself.

How to change the panel composition

The admin panel is as much a part of the website as its pages, so it's also managed by an assistant. Write in the "Development" chat in plain language:

  • Add a "Promotions" section to your admin panel with an image, text, and expiration date.
  • "Add the 'article' field to the product card."
  • "Make it possible to mark requests as processed."
  • "Display the number of new requests today on the main admin page."

Applications from the website

Everything visitors submit through forms is saved in the site's database and displayed in the admin panel. If you prefer to receive requests via email or Telegram, ask your assistant to set this up: "Send new requests to me by email" or "Send new orders to Telegram."

Test your forms after modifications. After making major changes to your website, submit a test application yourself and make sure it appears in the admin panel. This is the simplest way to ensure nothing has broken.

If something went wrong

  • The direct URL won't open. Use the "Admin Panel" button in the platform dashboard to log in without a password.
  • Forgot your administrator password? Log in through the platform control panel and set a new password within the admin panel.
  • A section or button is missing. Please let us know in the Development chat what exactly is missing and when you last saw it, or roll back your last edit (see Rolling Back a Change ).
  • Accidentally deleted some records. The data is in the website's database; it can be restored from a backup , if one was made.
