Rights and access
You can bring in assistants to your project—a content manager or a developer. They'll work alongside you on the site, but you'll retain control of the money, domains, and the list of contributors.
Where to find it: Settings → Permissions and Access
This section is visible only to the owner. The owner is the person who created the project. Other members have access to this section.
What can a participant do?
| Opportunity | Owner | Participant |
|---|---|---|
| Assign tasks to an assistant, edit the website | Yes | Yes |
| Website admin panel, content | Yes | Yes |
| Project files, database, backups, Git | Yes | Yes |
| Modules: Telegram bot, app, AI on the website | Yes | Yes |
| Balance, tariff, payment | Yes | No |
| Domain registration | Yes | No |
| Inviting and removing participants | Yes | No |
Spending is deducted from your account. Tokens spent by a participant are debited from the project owner's balance. Invite only those you trust and monitor your spending in the Balance section.
How to invite
- Select the link validity period - 1, 7 or 30 days.
- Click "Create Invitation Link".
- Copy the link and send it to the person personally - via messenger, email, or whatever is most convenient.
- He follows the link and logs in (or registers if he doesn’t have an account yet) – after that, the project appears in his list of projects.
Don't share the link publicly. Anyone who opens the link before the expiration date will have access to the project. Don't post it in public chats, on websites, or on social media.
Managing participants
- Project Participants — a list of those who currently have access. The owner is listed separately and cannot be removed.
- "Remove" next to a participant instantly removes their access to the panel, files, and the project repository.
- Sent invitations are links that haven't been used yet, with the creation date and expiration date.
- "Revoke" — the link stops working. Do this if you sent an invitation to the wrong person.
Practice
- For a one-time task, provide a link for 1 day.
- After completing the work, remove the participant from the project - access should not remain "just in case."
- Access is granted to a specific project. If you have multiple sites, invite participants to each separately—the participant won't see the others.
